About Us
Dedicated to Supporting Cross Lanes Christian School
An independently-governed, fundraising and capital development corporation dedicated to the advancement of Cross Lanes Christian School.
Society is at a crossroads. The battle of good versus evil and traditional versus progressive values is influencing our entire culture, churches, communities, workplaces, and schools in ways unimaginable. Only through strong families, faith-based communities, and our children’s educational settings can we address the spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth needed as together we groom our next generational leaders. The force behind such an effort is, of course, prayer, a personal commitment and discipline to faith and learning, and the voluntary financial and intellectual capital necessary to scale and sustain a program.
It is for these reasons that a corps of dedicated parents, alumni, and benefactors have joined forces to launch a new entity: The Warrior Foundation, whose purpose is to provide a financially structural approach to advance the mission and vision of Cross Lanes Christian School. This philanthropic organization is intent solely on ensuring the students and families of Cross Lanes have the very best in school programs and physical settings, providing for the enrichment of extra-curricular activities, extending additional support to the dedicated faculty and staff, and, where able, providing financial assistance to those families less financially fortunate who are seeking an alternative to public school settings. During this inaugural period, a formidable capital development effort is being undertaken with a first-year goal of raising $1 Million in needed support. The long-range objectives will include expanding upon volunteer leadership recruitment, enhanced community, and Church outreach, and a legacy gift program where families will have the option to include the Warrior Foundation in their Estate Plans as we establish an endowment with professional advisory management.
